Pete has a 30+ year career in business, media, advertising and marketing. He was a producer at CNN; headed up the business analysis practices at consulting firm BIA/Kelsey, as well as his own firm, Bowman Valuation Services. Since 2013, he is the owner of Bowman On Target Marketing that includes three radio stations serving mid-southern Tennessee, an on-line/on-air news service; a digital marketing practice and RSVP Advertising in Nashville.
Lucky is the current news director for On Target News and Manager of Rooster 101.5 FM. He is also the play-by-play voice of the Coffee County Red Raiders on The Rooster. Lucky has done play-by-play for over 3,500 sports events on Radio & TV. Lucky has worked in the broadcast industry for 38 ½ years He has been married to Mary for over 37 years. The have one adopted daughter, Keesha, and a son, Dawson, who passed away in 1999.
Gary Dearing is a native of Shelbyville. He helped start WDUC in August, 2011, and his Duck Sports Saturday show, 8-10am, has been enjoyed by sports fans for ten years. Gary is married to Kimberly, and they have a Brady Bunch of children. Gary was an announcer at Duck River Raceway Park for 22 years and still enjoys NASCAR and the Titans.
Tricia is a native of Middle Tennessee. She and her husband, Jim moved to Tullahoma in 1997. They have one child, Ben. Tricia started with Bowman Broadcasting in 2014 as Office/Traffic Manager and currently serves as Sr. Marketing Consultant. Tricia enjoys time on the lake, traveling, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Jess Patterson is a Marketing Consultant for Bowman Media. She has lived in Manchester since childhood. Jess is the proud mom of two daughters, ages 3 and 9. In 2014 she graduated college with a Bachelor’s degree in marketing. In her spare time she enjoys gardening, playing guitar, and acrylic painting.

Michelle Privett is our Office Manager/ Traffic Director. She has been a Coffee County resident for most of her life. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her husband, 2 dogs and cat. She considers herself a walking jukebox. You definitely want her on your team for music trivia, especially the 80s.

Rayanna Bowling is the Team Assistant at Bowman Media and is so excited to get to live out her childhood dream of working at a radio station! She’s lived in Tullahoma since she was 3 months old and loves this cozy, charming town. When she’s not at the office she enjoys taking drives and exploring with her husband, Noah, and her four-legged BFF, Biscuit.
Matthew has been a Coffee County native his whole life, starting in radio in 2012. He has been involved with several events in the community such as Bonnaroo, High on the Hog, International Dogwood Festival, Piping on the Green, and other community events. He is also the current stadium announcer for the Coffee County Red Raiders.
Will is a Middle Tennessee native having been born and raised in Winchester. His love of radio began as a child listening to local stations on the way to school or while falling asleep at night. After High School, where he was active in student media, he attended the University of Tennessee majoring in Journalism and Electronic Media while covering sports for the campus radio station. He then moved into the business professionally as a board op/producer for Cumulus of Knoxville and the Vol Network. His radio journey then took him to Louisiana where he was the lead producer for ESPN New Orleans. After returning home to Winchester, he spent several years broadcasting local sports for stations in Franklin County before joining the Bowman Family. When he’s not at the station, Will enjoys spending time with his wife Shaina and his two fur babies (Toulouse and Belle), cheering on the Vols, Preds and Saints and in the kitchen or behind the grill trying out new recipes.
Shelby has lived in Tennessee her entire life. Except for those two years she moved to Florida, found her husband, and brought him back to Tennessee. She is a dance teacher, army wife, mom, and your afternoon on-air host on The Rooster 101.5. On top of being an on-air personality, Shelby also helps with production and loves working with Legacy Creamery for The Great Gelato Giveaway. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, dancing, and watching movies.
Will is the Sports Coordinator for the Duck, Rooster, and Whiskey Country. He handles any and all things sports, from writing stories about local, college, and professional sports, to calling play by play commentary live on the air. He is a recent graduate of Martin Methodist College and Motlow State. Will also enjoys hanging with friends, watching Netflix, and supporting the Georgia Bulldogs.
